Shocking altercation in Florida | Gun pointed in school car line #shorts
Lauderdale Lakes, Florida: According to Authorities, a man from South Florida was arrested Thursday after pointing a gun at another parent in the Broward County car line at his child’s school.
At around 3:20 p.m., Central Charter School, situated at 4515 N. State Road 7 in Lauderdale Lakes, received reports of the incident.
Broward Sheriff’s Office deputies were dispatched to the school in response to a road rage incident or verbal altercation in the vehicle line that culminated in one parent pointing a gun at another, as stated in the arrest report of the suspect.
According to police, deputies were given a description of the suspect’s vehicle, a red Toyota Tacoma with a Tampa Bay Buccaneers license plate, and moments later, they pulled it over in the 3900 block of Northwest 19th Street.
The driver, Gromyko Sugino Gannel, 39, of Lauderhill, was taken into custody, and a loaded Glock 19 handgun was confiscated as evidence.
Grannel was arrested on a charge of having a handgun on school grounds.
According to the arrest report, he refused to talk with investigators about the incident.
According to the Broward Main Jail, Grannel was still being held on Friday afternoon because he did not have a $1,000 bond.
According to Grannel’s arrest report, there were no more details about the altercation between the parents.
